If Uday Bhembre can state that government is “restarting a cultural revolution”, it only exposes the mentality of Mr. Bhembre. If Goans fare better globally than their counterparts from other Indian States, it is because our revolutionised culture is much more acceptable than the retarded culture of Indians. The motives of these conspirators called BBSM are now very clear, in that they want a retrograde culture and take Goans back to the pre- Portuguese era. Bhembre goes on to say :“There is no point in celebrating liberation…”. Very true, because according to Bhembre’s blockhead thought process, we are still not liberated from the culture the Portuguese have imbibed in Goans. But then Bhembre and his comrade-in-arms should be celebrating victory of the Indian troops. If they do not, then they are all anti-nationals. It has been stated by some newspaper that Bhembre will also be returning two Awards he received in 2007 -2008 along with the two cheques of Rs. 25,000/-. I appreciate very much this move of his. If a person at his age does not realise that the future of any nation depends on augmenting education, both quality and exposure, of the new generation, he surely did not deserve the awards on his merits.
