Hi Goaneters, I have watched the football match between Qatar v/s India. Both the teams have equal players but it looks that Indian Team have less players on the ground. Though this team is very strong and well organized one they do not have proper control of the ball. We must give some critics to players to improve the standard of the game. What I have seen is lack of team spirit with Indian boys. They do not cover the places but just run after the ball and get tired. Many times they do not mark the players properly. Every where they run and sometimes two at a time and keeping a gap for the opponent player to clear the ball easily. When two players going to attack the ball the opponent gets a chance to pass the ball easily to his partner who is on open ground. There the weakness arises and the goalkeeper gets pressure to save the ball. According to the strength of this team they would have won the match but they fail to impress the spectators. Surely they will be able to beat Qatar in their next home ground match in Pune. All the best Viva football Viva Goa.
