I shall make a statement here that Eugene suffers from an acute defficiency
of 'common sense', though, through no fault of his.
If at all Goa Su-Raj Party is seen as 'impotent' through Eugene's eyes, then
it is a fact. Because Eugene is impotent himself in his thinking capacity.
If at all GSRP is seen as impotent, it is also because GOANS have shown the
streak of impotency in not recognizing a fire brand that is require for the
purpose of solving Goa's acute problems. Compare the entire political
spectrum of GOA with GSRP and one does not have to be a scientist to realise
that what I am saying is true. based on facts.
Eugene must know that for a winning horse to run the course, the
course/track must be provided, the start and finish line demarcated,
suitable winning jockey provided as also the cheering crowds along with
those who will commit suicides as the after effects of the race.
In the same manner, Eugene must realize that GRA is the winning horse
(because there is nothing like it as of now). The rest I leave it to
Eugene's imaginations.

PS: Race horses are strapped with eye shutters ( godeachim oklam) so that
the direction of its vision is controlled. GRA's (initial/formative) vision
was similarly being directed in a direction that would split GOANs rather
than unite them for the cause that it was cobbled together in the first
place. Therefore it was essential to remove this strapping altogether so
that the horse can see in all directions, place itself on the winning track
and gallop for the WIN.
And BTW1:
NGOs in GOA are multiplying in a manner that they are putting the amoeba
to shame.
By common sense, all of Goa's ills should have been addressed a long time
ago with so many NGOs in existence. But the fact is that the ills are
increasing by the day.
The analogy is like this:
NGOs are competing with each other to clean the 'shit' that is coming down,
courtesy the 'government'
The rat race with the NGOs is such that they are pleading with the
Government to send more shit downwards so that they can be busy, grow fat
etc.
Therefore, enter Goa Su-Raj, the 'shit' will STOP coming down altogether and
the NGOs will have nothing to clean.
That is the time when those leading the NGOs will abandon the cleaning and
go look for a JOB to sustain themselves.
BTW2 Most persons who grow fat being NGOs will starve if shit stops coming
down. Because they do not have any trade in hand to sustain themselves.

If we take Floriano's logic that "NGOs are all about making business
and furthering their own causes rather than of Goa and Goans at some
point in time," it would be right to believe that the GRA is also of
the same mould.
