I have a relative whose mother is registered in Portugal and also her son, who passed away few years ago. They have the son's registration number. They want to get the mother's registration number and don't know how to do it from Goa. They have no relatives or friends in Portugal. Does anyone know how to get the mother's registration number via email or by calling the concerned department.
