Uday Bhembre says “A father chooses what’s best, not the grandfather” in respect of his grandchild going to English MOI Primary School. So who is he to deprive the children of other Goans from the facility of their choice? Is he the second “Father of the Nation” ? Is this a confused mind or a corrupt mind?
