AS A GIFT to Goa by the forces that liberated it. COMMENT: That is a load of gas from Matanhy (if he has been accurately quoted).. It begs the questions: What did Matanhy do when Anjediva was taken......and when his 'buddies' were in the kodel with his support? What about VideoCD, Neri, Speaker-Sir, Mapuca, Fontainhas, Campal trees etc? BTW: I like this idea of DEMANDING a GIFT. Only in Bakshish-nagar could one demand a gift. OR .... it is time to introduce English as the MOI in ALL primary schools in Goa. BTW: Did you notice the silence (defeaning silence from some otherwise noisy quarters) on the MOI issue.
