GoaChronicle.com has managed to get some video evidence of Valanka Alemao taking bribe on behalf of the PWD Minister Churchill Alemao. It is was shot by a contractor and he has agreed to give us the footage. The question I have for the People of Goa is this - if we do expose this act (which is not a sting) will the PEO...PLE of Goa decid...e on what needs to be done in such a situation with Churchill and his corruption since taking this issue to the High Command, Vigilance or even Court will only prove nothing ever happens.
