Just a few days ago we had the NCP Chawan lady and BJP Tarun Vijay educating goans on the MoI. Nopw Rina Ray comes down from Delhi to teach goans models of tourism. Goa can definitely do without Low End Bureaucrats who tour the State only to enjoy. First of all those NGO agents who invited her must be reprimanded.
