Am posting the link on www.goasu-raj.org along with the excerpts of the Times Group-OMS special feature.... a magazine (suplement) titled "GOA .. Creating paradise on earth "... published from Mumbai , April 30, 2011. Have been saving this for the right time to come out with it and if now is not the right time, I don't know when will.

The efforts taken by the compiler of this issue .. [email protected] are vastly appreciated. Wonder if our Government is at all in the know of the issues raised here.
