COMMENT: Is the above query in line with the message being conveyed in Aires’ post? Is Aires answerable to netters who want ‘funkot’ information? I would suggest that <jc> give ‘funkot’ legal advice to the Public Prosecutor or the APP in Fr. Newton’s case to put Aires in the witness box and get the advised answers from him. I, for one believe the message conveyed is very true. In fact, had a deterrent action been taken, it may have spared the life of another who went to his judgement day a couple of years later. And also spared the embarrassment to the Church and later the acquittal of the two accused. Dr. Ferdinando dos Reis Falcão.
