I fully agree with Rajeev . Macculy must be turning in his grave when he notices the Indian Constitution so well evolved under the umbrella of English by the so called clerks . If that piece was writtten in other languages we might have a Constitution but no country perhaps. Snd the so called clerks occupied the International Court of Justice . And the whole legal order post liberation built on English Language. Finally imagine if Vassalo da Silva had refused to sign on surrender document because it was not in an Indian language. God have mercy. Just for laugh.
