*Fr Freddy Memorial Lecture, Konkani books released* Konkani books of Cirilo Fernandes (“Mhojea Bannavle Gavant”, poems on Benaulim) and Fr Luis Alvares (“Ami Povitr Sobha”, on the Church) were released by eminent Konkani writer and researcher Dr Savia Viegas, at a function organised by the Dalgado Konknni Akademi at the Tiatr Academy of Goa in Panjim-Goa, on July 19, 2011, the eve of the birth anniversary of Fr Freddy J Da Costa.
