There is no shortage of such graphic scenes of the stench and filth in Panjim. Nothing could be more disgusting than the garbage dump smack in the middle ofCampal, where the Municipality trucks unceremoniously dump garbage. The residents of Campal have made petitions and representations to all the powersthat be, but nothing has happened! It is rather unfortunate that the need for Campal football stadium has received more attentionand support than the stinking mess. Naguesh Bhatcar
