Yes indeed the Regional plan 2011 is COCK-EYED! Only a paradigm shift in hackneyed priorities of yore can deliver some soothing emollient for the citizens of India ,resident in Goa , and others at large. In the light of the Supreme Court suspending Mining in Bellary, we can be almost certain that the much touted "Mining Corridor" in Goa would meet a quiet burial at THE BEHEST OF THE MINING LOBBY ITSELF. We should not be surprised at the Mining lobby itself seeking to revisit the Regional Plan 2011. The bang out of their bucks will be missing for some time to come!!! Gerry
