If one has understood Mr. Naguesh Bhatcar’s
post in the right perspective, I don’t see why there should be comments. It is
because it was not correctly understood and taken from a wrong perspective
viewpoint that
such unnecessary comments come to pass. What I see from Mr. Naguesh Bhatcar’s
post is that we, as well as the Goa government tend to start some project
without any infrastructure in place. Such projects, specially in the field of
education are detrimental and have misguided a lot of our youth who might have
done better in life
had they chosen a different profession.
