Augusto, if I may say so... with "friends" like these, it seems you are lucky enough to never need enemies! What kind of behaviour is that that you have a snake in your house (okay, a neighbour's house) and all you get is the "RTFM/Search Google" advice? I guess if one of you had to be bitten in the meanwhile, and you had rung up your friend, s/he or it would have said: "Phone 108." So much for friendly concern in today's Goa.
