Dear Fredrick, Crawley is a small town in West Sussex near Gatwick airport the second largest airport after Heathrow in England. In fact Gatwick fall under the jurisdiction of Crawley.
At a rough estimate we have about twenty five Goan families .each with two or three children to each families. Most or nearly all settled from East Africa e.g. Kenya Uganda and few from Tanzania. We also have a few Goans from Goa who keep a low profile the only places you might seem them is at the church. The problem we have is that we are not united We do not have socials whereby we could mingle and come to know each other and share our heritage. Ignatius Fernandes.
