Your query gives me the opportunity to give my views which are not binding
on anyone especially on ANNA.
1. If Anna is against corruption, where we too are against corruption and
actively fighting against it, how come he mixed corruption issue with
Narendra Modi to project him as the best CM along with Nitish Kumar? Modi
is a killer of thousands.
2. With this statement, either he is gullible or is being fed the RSS
mantra.
3. Fasting and publicity stunts do not get bills passed in the Parliament.
For bills to be passed in the Parliament or the State Legislatures, there
has to be the will can concerned. We are told that it has taken 45 years for
this bill to be passed in the Parliament and the blame is on the CONGRESS.
If BJP had half the will, this Bill could be passed during their tenure. I
don't know how much effort the BJP put into the passing of this bill or if
it was only concernied about painting India saffron to make it shine. :-))
Let them also share the blame with all others.
4. Team Anna, instead of harping on the Jan Lokpal Bill and making a tamasha
out of this fasting and publicity stunts, it should go for total and
complete overhaul of ELECTORAL REFORMS including the commissioning of
Section 49(O) - 'None of the Above'. No person with a chargesheet or of
dubious character should be allowed to contest any elections, not only to
the Parliament but also to the State Legislatures, Panchayats,
Municipalities et al. Minimum qualififaction must be set. Also, the Election
funding must be looked at where crores of black money and illgotten gains is
being channelized to win elections and last but not the least, Electoral
Rolls must be sanitized where politicians have stablished their migrant
spurious vote-banks and get elected election after election. NO THIRD TERM
must be made mandatory so that gennext gets a chance to prove themselves.
etc. etc.
5. Team Anna should consider forming a new Party with clear cut ROAD MAP
which cannot be diluted and which has a huge share of SELF-SACRIFICE.
If it has a problem doing this, then let them bring Goa Su-Raj people to
design it for them on the lines that Goa Su-Raj Party is designed. Or better
still let them
join Goa Su-Raj Party to make it 'INDIA SU-RAJ PARTY' . When Goa Su-Raj
Party comes to power in Goa, it will not require Jan Lokpal or Jokepal bills
to send the crooks and criminals behind bars and to attached all their
ill-gotten gains. The existing Laws will be more than sufficient.
6. The way I look at Jan Lokpal Bill is that more of innocent and
semi-innocent persons will be crucified and harrassed to no end BUT the
crooks will go scot-free. This is my prediction and I have more than 30
years of experience to say what I am saying.
