VICTORY OF THE PEOPLE After 10 days of fast ,there is glimmer of hope for thaw and compromise The people from all walks of life rallied like never before with Anna .His resolve of steel and endurance of the masses has sent shivers down the spine of the congress ,UPA II. The decision could have come sooner than later. It is a victory of the surging crowds all over India The Congress UPA II stands isolated with the people with blunder of arrest, detention ,release. The tremendous movement was peaceful, and non violent and received worl wide appreciation of legitimate demands of the people The outrageous vilification of Anna to get elected, corrupt from head to foot, laws are not made on the maidans individual cannot dictate the laws to the Parliament, that the Parliament is supreme there is a foreign hand and Anna is a media creation, Annas health is Civil society`s concern ,were outburst ,calculated to denigrate the person of Anna and his team of Civil society Nothing succeeds like success when the focus is in view. It is good that Manish Tiwari has accepted his fault and apologized Those that enter the back door of the parliament, through Raj Sabha must stand the test of elections themselves The combined power of the opposition to jettison the Govt Bill is the voice of the representatives of the people in unison had its effect The battle is far from over and a vigilant society can only ensure that the desired goals are met Anna is carved in the hearts and minds of the people forever People had implicit faith in him and his unshaken resolve r and had no trust in the Govt, UPA II No other leader apart from Gandhi had such tremendous , voluntary following and it will be wonder, if any politician of the day can match his charisma and magnetic appeal to gather the masses of all shades and professions , including the youth The people of India were fed up with the penetration of corruption that affected every one and that is the reason why Anna was able to galvanize the frustrated citizens` for action It was perhaps congress intention that Anna living is more dangerous than Anna dead The inordinate delay of 42 year and still buying time, cannot be explained otherwise. God has been merciful to him and the prayers of millions were raised to heaven for his well being Long Live Anna, civil society and all the cooperating citizens in India and abroad It is the teeming support of the masses that has buoyed the unflagging spirit of Anna Hazare Congress can be really proud for catapulting Anna on the National and International stage.
