Dear fellow readers Two crows, Brazil and Nut, were sitting in an old oak tree mining all week, looking for a treat they heard Nightingale was giving a concert all day it seemed like a perfect getaway
Off they flew, in a terrible rush huffing and puffing to beat the summer crush by the time they arrived it was packed to the brim 7,000 birds waiting to hear Nightingale sing Brazil and Nut sneaked past Ostrich and Vulture eager to see some Goan bird culture they dropped four cashew seeds each in the entrance pot another five in the parking lot Nightingale came out with her wings outstretched she smiled and waved to all her guests beautifully she sang Konkani, everyone cheered wanting more and more, she was moved to tears Brazil hadn’t seen such a gorgeous bird his heart missed a beat that he fell off his seat Nut went crazy seeing such beauty too the jewels, the gown and the wonderful hair do As soon as Nightingale had finished her song Brazil and Nut had quite a ding dong they punched and kicked, their feathers flew around squawked and shrieked, to an awful sound Kingfisher dropped his sorpotel real quick dialled 1-0-1 feeling quite sick soon sirens, wee-woo, wee-woo, filled the ground speeding police cars arrived in bird town Although police found Brazil and Nut at the back of the stage they came unprepared with a chimpanzee cage let's cover them in CDM chocolate and take them away an appeal for evidence has only just come in today.
