Hello Rene, I trust that all is well with you . We had a grand world Goa day which was well attended and patronised by the Goans in DSM . We partied till the wee hours of the morning with a full fledged band and powerful DJ music and of course the mouth watering cuisine prepared by Goans . The 7th East African Goan Convention is scheduled and confirmed for 20th -23rd October 2011 . Having successfully completed the WGD celebrations we are now gearing up for one of the biggest functions which will take place at the DSM Institute . We are expecting 500 Goans from all over - Nairobi, Mombasa, Uganda, Arusha ,Zanzibar , Tanga and other regions. We will have a cultural show , sports and fun games which will include a meeting with all participants to network and bring together the East Africa cooperation amongst the Goans followed by a Grand dance with authentic cuisine and a band from Goa .
