Famous Goan writer Mr. George Menezes was honored for his life time dedicated contributions to HR profession and building organizational excellence through series of innovative HR initiatives by the Western Regional National Conference of National Institute of Personnel Management together with Tata Institute of Social Sciences in August 2011. Mr. Menezes was recognized as a divergent thinker, who introduced innovative people development initiatives, and a great trainer who inspired people for learning. His contribution to different segments of society for enhancing their effectiveness has been considered unique. He played the role in HR as strategic partner in the different stages of growth of his organization. Mr. Menezes was recognized for his invaluable contributions to the HR Profession.
