To stop corruption at all level, even with Police Hapta, an autonomous entity has to be created against corruption and every state a a body called 'lokayuktha', a non corruptible body should be created so that affected people can contact them and currupt officials should be caught red habded and the Lokayukta should have the tools to implement proper action , like confiscation of all assets of the corrupt officials and most importantly computerisation will enable us to track the progress of each file we submit to government offices etc. MD
