I totally AGREE with Dr. Falcao. Here in Kenya it seems to be the order of the day.
This must be the fifth or sixth incident and hundreds of people have died. Unfortunately all for the sake of stealing little fuel. and to top it up, They go with a cigarette in one hand and jerry can in the other. Honestly the authorities in GOA should worry about safety and protection of the pipelines and must take this very seriously or we have a INFERNO in the making.
