A seminar on the 3Ds (Discover, Develop, Decide) was organized by AICUF
and Youth Cell in association with the CFCI Youth on 5th September 2011
at St. Xaviers’s College. The objective of the seminar was to discover
the talents of the students and strengthen their self confidence through
self realization.
A team of five members of CFCI conducted a session that focused on
Talents and its Aspects, defining what and how one can bring out their
talents through exercises of self evaluation. The session was
interspersed with games and action songs. It was animated by Mr. Levin
Gomes, Ms. Deidre Fernandes and Mr. Basil Rodrigues
The next session conducted by Ms. Abigail Ferrao and Mr.Kelvin Santis
dealt with the passion and future plans of the youth. The team then
shared their life experiences on how they achieved successfully their
goals.
Students from various streams participated in the seminar and found it
to be very fruitful and enriching, and that it could help them to grow
in a better way to enhance and develop their talents and personality.
