Modi lets loose repressions Modi does not want the focus on the fast to be dimished or diluted. He has used repressive measures to arrest the Ms Malika Sarabhai and other lawyer activist Adv Mukul Sinha and detain them. The peaceful march at Nadia Patya has been disrupted. No reasons for detention are given. What was Modi so afraid of to take such drastic actions ? A peaceful march of few hundreds of people should not have deserved this action under any law and order problem Their intention was to hand over a memorandum. It is high handedness and arrogance of absolute power and position Malika has enhanced the scope and Modi`s intentions by leveling serious charges of bribery She was not granted the permission to file the case She now alleges that a bribe of 10 lakhs was paid to her lawyer to provide him with details to prepare his response Minister Amit Shah , his one time confidant and accused in murder charge, through IPS officer Mr Bhat approached him. Mr Bhat is more than willing to expose the conspiracy The junior of the local lawyer is also a privy to this information. More skeletons will tumble out of the cupboard Mr Modi has further entered political quick sands This will dent his image further The right of freedom of expressions by peaceful means cannot be fettered by strong arm tactics It looked the hordes of policemen were more than the protesting crowds Malaika did not desertve to be held by her arms . she is not a criminal to run More dignity need to be shown in handling respectful individuals. she sould have been merely directed orally, when she did not offer any resistance nelson lopes Chinchinim
