I certainly do not perceive a bias against me personally from Soter. But I have no idea what he means by refutation of my claims in the present context. He has refuted none of the facts that I mentioned regarding the U. S. Congressional Research Service (CRS) report. All I have seen from him is misuse and distortion of the CRS report to fabricate yet another outrageous conspiracy theory, this time involving the United States.
