I certainly do not perceive a bias against me personally from Soter. But I have
no idea what he means by refutation of my claims in the present context. He has
refuted none of the facts that I mentioned regarding the U. S. Congressional
Research Service (CRS) report. All I have seen from him is misuse and
distortion of the CRS report to fabricate yet another outrageous conspiracy
theory, this time involving the United States. Here is his pertinent quote:

QUOTE
Does the BJP think that this nation is so dumb so as to not notice the agenda
of USA in installing the Hindu Taliban to create social unrest in India in
order to give them an excuse to poke their nose in the pie as they have done in
Afghanistan and Pakistan? This explains the U.S Congress report on Modi
shinning

I for one hope that the nation is not dumb enough to both believe in conspiracy
theories and to ever elect the Hindu Taliban to power. BTW, as opposed to the
wild generalizations of Times of India, the confusion of Falcao and the
Machiavellian theory of Soter, if anybody wants to find out what a realistic,
level-headed assessment of a simple government report looks like then go no
further than the following quote from Gerry:

QUOTE
The CRS report makes very interesting reading. It is a useful understanding of
the prevailing American thought & opinion given to American Congress. Like most
Strategy Projections it tries to put up a coherent collage culled from varied
facts in the public domain, but obviously like most Strategy Projections not
all inferences are unassailable
