It appears that deliberately someone was acting dumb, deaf and blind never expecting the turn of events to take this U turn The consequences can be serious and Raja is determined to drag everyone with him citing collective responsibility. That he was allowed to steam role his proposals without resistance displayed as mere formality The vents are bound to have serious repercussions, unless the Congress lets loose a battery of defense lawyers to confuse the issue that P.C.
