A message to all members of THE JAZZ NETWORK WORLDWIDE

To all my loyal members,

I am writing to all of you with reverence in my heart. For the past four years
I have been toiling in creating ways for all of you to have the opportunity to
network with each other worldwide. Depending upon your interest, time and
perseverance many have enjoyed making wonderful collaborations. Since the
inception of the site I found myself creating visions of thought that would
create further revenue building. After serious reflection, I have decided to
make this "great place to hang" an even better place. I have created projects
that include music education, live performance worldwide, promotional tools
that warrant results (when steadfastly applied), a radio station that will
promote your projects and other areas of business that I know many of you will
'jump on'.

Integrity is key for me, value and substance to our music platform of jazz is
paramount. One of the reasons why I have chosen to take us to the next level
is because its time. It's time for me to not only value myself and the
offerings I bring but for the marketplace to support this wonderful family of
jazz that has a pulse and a heartbeat undeniably focused. We are creating a
new audience, new sponsors, new relationships and new platforms to express
ourselves. We ARE our business, so each task deserves renumeration for its
efforts and expertise. We must support each other in this quest.

Many of you that know me, know that I have been a one-woman-band for quite
sometime now. To date, I have been acting like a bank for many, trying to help
promote in this horrific economy and have found that it has helped many, but
for my personal edification, it has not. I must value my offerings in a
different light now and I hope you all will agree. I am asking for your
support in making The Jazz Network Worldwide a social network of choice because
of the many possibilities that could be garnered through this platform. I
will not only be providing these tools but I will also be giving opportunities
to many of you worldwide to participate.

It is time for me to start charging for the access to this networking so that I
can bring greater value to all of you, enroll some administrative help and get
out there and get sponsorship for the concerts planned as well as for the
educational component that will be fruitful for many and close to my heart and
heritage.

You will find some changes upon signing in the next time you come to enjoy the
"great place to hang". I believe many of you will agree that my request for
paid membership is humbly minimal. It will allow me to make greater strides
in a quicker manner since I will be able to focus on finding all the variables
of networking for the independent artist ending in viable and noteworthy
results.

I will be rolling out promotion 'specials' for all the members, offering
discounts and packages. In the days ahead, I will be breaking down all the
areas of business I offer for our members come from all over the world looking
to exchange help, support, contacts and sharing our gifts.

I hope that I don't lose any of you in this transition, that would hurt to
know, I guess it's inevitable on some levels, and I pray not on others. Allow
me to be the best leader I can be and I promise you that the mere $2 I ask for
per month will end up being the best investment you could have made in
garnering all the best networking possibilities out there one-on-one. I hope
you'll take my hand and help continue to make this place "A great place to
hang". One of our members Marissa Dodge says "we should never feel bad about
asking for what we're worth. the whole art form will improve if we all asked
for it."

Thank you in advance for your consideration and for believing in me, my dreams
and visions to keep jazz alive in a new marketplace and for a new audience.

My best I will always give you.

Sincerely with love,
Jaijai
