NEW AADHAAR FORMS? Is this not Cenral Govt Scheme ? Then the layout of the forms should it not be be uniform.? The forms should be distributed liberally and if misuse/waste is suspected, then a small fee should be levied. Alternatively xeroxed copies should be accepted Distributing in advance helps those, who may not be able to write on the spot and also write carefully and neatly There is a difference in format at the Post office, Karvy centre,and now the forms at Fatorda Stadium. Karvy form had no provision for Taluka, while the new form, sports Govt .of Goa logo. This form has details to be filled of, bank account, ration card and ,birth certificates . What happens to the UID cards already finalised, where such details were not enforced ? Will corrections be now necessitated in respect of omitted information? The process of simplification is getting complicated in stead There is a rush at all centres and which can be remedied by opening more convenient centres.
