Who will take the Action?
The exposition of illegal mining by Shah commission in Goa confirms that there is nothing what is called as law in the former Portuguese colony,Goa and still we are proud to be liberated goemkars.No major illegal activities can take place without the blessing of the people in power.I believe that the Shah commission will definitely submit the true report but who will taken the action?Will it be the court of law?If so,the government consisting of elected representatives will pass a bill like the Goa government has passed one to save a starred Hotel with regard to CRZ regulations which I suppose to be more powerful than the so called law of our Country.
