COMUNIDADES of Goa is the all GOAN Institution where the North Indian
'Bhaili' Panchayat Raj has managed to destroy and is trying to destroy. And
we have a blue-blooded Gaonkar of Serula Comunidade who is hugging the
'bhaili' stupid Panchayat Raj of the Biharis to accelerate the down-fall of
Goa's Comunidades. The dividing line is 'HOME'
We Goans do not want to learn from the 'Biharis'. Do you understand that??

The Biharis are ten times politically sharper than the goans afflicted

Panchayati Raj is a North India concept and therefore not likely to be
