cultured politician and a good-samaritan medicine doctor, Dr. Proto
Barbosa. He has served Goa and humanity well.
Our deep-felt sympathies to Dr. Barbosa's immediate family members over his
sad demise. We wish his good soul the everlasting rest in ETERNAL PEACE.
