BICHOLIM: A 27 year old woman from Tikhazan Mayem today committed suicide by
burning herself with the help of petrol.
According to the available information one Jayashree Jagdish Chopdekar (27)
from Tikhazan Mayem dosed herself with petrol and set fire in the house. The
incident occurred at about 8.30 am. Jayashree from Vasco was married to
Jagdish some four years back and has two daughters.
After the incident the Bicholim Deputy collector conducted the panchanama
and the body was sent to GMC Bambolim.
