Are we fools?
It may be recalled that our elected government some years ago had almost sold
Goa in the name of Regional Plan 2011 but the formation of GBA with the good
support of the Catholic Church in Goa and like minded people forced the then
government to scrap the same and the same was scrapped.
Assembly elections in Goa are very fast approaching and it is very sad to
witness that the so called literate goans are fooled like anything.In the month
of September it was not just the buses but even trains were arranged by the
politicians for religious trips to Valankanni.Our one time beautiful state of
Goa has been ruined and looted,there has been several attempts to murder Goa
but due to the blessing of Goencho Saib,Goa is still alive and we niz goenkars
should not fall prey to their dirty tactics and ruin our future for all.
Recent times,we hear about opening of the election offices at various locations
and again it is very sad to see that some of our catholic priests are invited
to bless them and they do so.Bad things responsible for the ruin of innocent
youth is not to be blessed by decent people.Catholic priests has got a very
high respect and they should not lose their respect by having close door
meetings with Goa's dirty politicians in Power.This is the time that the dirty
politicians of Goa will not just promise us construction of halls and schools
but even renovation of Churches , Temples and what not but once again,bad money
are not to be used for good things.The present lot of politicians have ruined
and looted Goa and we should not involved them in Church and school related
issues as even some of our Church properties are not spared by them with the
help of our own people.
None of the cristao politician in power has raised his/her's voice against the
clashing of the IFFI with the feast of Goencho Saib.It is this same Congress
government who opposed the IFFI when it was first introduced by the BJP and now
it is the same Congress government who made Goa a permanent venue for IFFI and
presently giving high importance for the same than the feast of Goencho Saib.Is
this the government of goans?This is how they fool people and we are so easily
getting fooled.
We need to learn from our past mistakes.Last five years were worst for Goa and
if don't learn now,we will never have another chance.Presently what we have in
power is garbage and we need to dump the same at Sonsoddo.
