The loudmouth Kiran Bedi,ex- IPS, who regularly achieves the feat of putting
her foot in the mouth and Arvind Kejriwal,ex-IRS who veers from his
specialisation in Tax and holds forth on probity,and Prashant Bhushan, a
lawyer, who is dumb enough to advocate publickly a shift in a carefully crafted
National Policy on Kashmir are slowly displaying their actual worth.
None less than a former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India has
commented on the acts of Kiran Bedi- terming them akin to pickpocketing.The
public at large have demonstrated their utter contempt for the likes of
Kejriwal and Bhushan by showering them with footwear aimed at their smug faces.
Shri Hazare is being provided with Z category protection reports a Newspaper.
The action of the Government needs to be applauded.We pray that the Z security
will prevent any disgusted citizen from flinging a slipper or holy dung at Shri
Hazare. Not too hopeful though as even the security of George Bush could not
prevent a Slipper being hurled at the President of mighty USA.
Our country has myriad cultures,hues,colours,terrain ,climate and the
citizenry is wise. They have effortlessly changed Governments through
democratic process. Do they need Dolts of the first variety Mark I Alpha
to harangue them on the methods to deal with a serious problem? Corruption must
be put down firmly within the Constitution of India. There is utterly no need
for the mule-headed methods of Kiran,Arvind and Prashant. Utterly no need for
Ramon Magsaysay Award Winners or Nobel Prize Winners of India origin to preside
over the fate of our country through the backdoor unrepresentative Lokpal. The
vote of every Indian citizen national winner of any Award is equal to the vote
of the poorest Indian citizen beggar borne on the Electoral Rolls of our
country. There is absolutely no space for the likes of Award Winners who though
being of Indian origin are not citizens of India to deride the sensibilities of
the common Indian citizen.
