COMMENT: In a
democratic setup, The government is of the people and by the people. So the
government reflects the majority of their likes who have elected them. And as
you see in Goa, a majority are not even SSC, leave aside some of them having
forged which standard they dropped out from school. Most Goanetters are retired
intellectuals and journalists and have attended conferences wherein they have
cited authorities in support of their statements or submissions. And here we
have Santosh citing State Government Form in reference and support of his
submission and beliefs. Goanetters can now belive that a government composed of
illiterates
and SSC qualified can be cited as authority in medical official procedures,
because Santosh says so. And as Santosh has always tried to correct wrong
perceptions of the public on Goanet. I have not moved the goalpost, it is kept
where it is easier for you.
