The Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation is funded by the ROCKFELLER BROTHERS FUND
(RBF) whose byline reads "PHILANTROPY FOR AN INTERDEPENDENT WORLD. The Mission
statement of the RBF reads "advances social change that contributes to a more
just,sustainable and peaceful world". RBF runs a "PROJECT ON MIDDLE EAST
DEMOCRACY ,INC.,"(POMED) which has admitted funding the LEADING VOICES of the
"ARAB SPRING" which has caused violent change of Governments in the Middle
East.
The Ramon Magsasay Award Foundation was formed to honour the memory of Ramon
Fidel Magsaysay by the Rockfeller Brothers Fund with the concurrence of
Phillipines. Phillipines is a country very closely allied to the United States
of America and permits on its soil the erection,operation,and regular
uninterrupted sustenance of United States Military Bases. The Ramon
Magsaysay Award Foundation restricts itself strategically to Asia instead of
spreading itself and its resources thin all over the world. Asia is also home
to China and India , two of the world's most populous countries. In the
economic context ,these two countries are fast growing world economies as also
strategic markets for the growth of American business
The version of the LOKPAL BILL supported by Shri Hazare, Shri Arvind
Kejriwal,Smt. Kiran Bedi, Adv. Prasant Bhushan seeks to compose a LOKPAL
comprising of Ramon Magsaysay Award Winners, Nobel Prize Winners of Indian
origin( not neccessary to hold Indian Citizenship), retired Supreme Court
Judges, and other "Eminent" people ( How "eminence"is to be measured is not
prescribed) which would provide oversight over the Prime Minister,conduct
of Members of Parliament ,both inside and outside Parliament, serving Judges of
the High Courts, serving Judges of the Supreme Court, serving Chief Justices of
the Supreme Court of India and all Government servants. The LOKPAL is to be
armed with an independent , entirely seperate machinery with powers to
investigate,charge, arrest and try cases of corruption in India. No provision
is made for oversight over the LOKPAL. Members of the LOKPAL are not required
to be elected by the citizens of India. It may be noted
that the LEADING VOICES in India of the LOKPAL BILL as proposed by the Team of
Shri Hazare are Arvind Kejriwal and Kiran Bedi , who are themselves RAMON
MAGSAYSAY AWARD WINNERS.
Colloquial American writing and wisdom holds that "THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A
FREE LUNCH" in USA. Current events in contemporary affairs of the world like
in Afghanistan, Pakistan,Iraq,Tunisia, Egypt,Libya,Syria, the battles of "Al
-Shadab" organisation involving bombing of its own citizenry( one group of
citizens against other groups of citizens) are pointers to the applicability
of the American wisdom that holds "THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A FREE LUNCH".

FRONTRUNNER TO BE THE RECIPIENT OF THE RAMON MAGSAYSAY AWARD IN 2012?
