Would I have a free hand in selecting my team to make arrangements and do I
have the assurance that Goanet accepts the arrangements made by me as a
representative of Goanet? Would I be permitted to seek sponsors for the
meet?
Given these conditions, I would be willing to consider taking on the
initiative for making this happen.
