I read that Dr. Celsa Pinto is retiring as Director of Education at
the end of the month. Here's a chance for Selma to apply and,
with little help from the NRI department, she could get the post. She
could then improve the teaching of English in schools and colleges.
Selma could also double up as as NRI adviser to the Ministry of
Housing in dealing with the proposed tax on second homes.
