Old Goa 27.11.11 Beggars were everywhere. infants (migrant) as young as 6 months old left in the middle of the road unattended for begging purspose. The main road Ghandi Circle to Bom Jesus is closed for traffic but opend for beggars? I wish the church or the police had sorted out this mess. Perhaps, allocating them a separete begging zone. Parking of buses etc: Devottee who travel by bus from Margao/Cortalim are made to alight bechind Ela School ground. It takes about 25-40 minutes to walk up to the Church and another 30-40 minutes required to return back. I wish the Church or the concerned authority do something about this matter too. Perhaps, by providing free or paid shuttle services to and from say every 30 minutes. Women carrying children, Senior Citizens, old and sick people would be very grateful to them It seems everybody had ignored this issue - Pics
