Quepem Talati is available for public engagements and service on Monday and
Wednesday only and invariably he takes all his off on Monday's and Wednesday
causing inconvenience to all public who wants to avail of his services.This is
the case with all Government offices.
Shantaram Naik who poses with all smiles in front of cameras submitting the
Standing Committee on Lokpal has not experienced harassment by talatis and
other Government officials
" Falya Yo".
Strong need to protest in front of Shantaram Naik's house .
