Maria Lourdes Bravo da Costa Rodrigues, a well known figure at Goa's Central Library, released her sixth book in Panjim on January 10, 2012 at the Fundacao Oriente. The book is titled *Games That We Played: Traditional Goan Sports*. She is the author of five books, Tasty Goan Morsels, Feasts, Festivals and Observances of Goa, Remembering Goa, 100 Years of Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Lifestyle (1910-1961). She has presented papers at various conferences in Asia and Europe which have been published in the proceedings of the referred conferences. She is a regular columnist with the daily Gomantak Times and also contributes to other newspapers and magazines.
