Going through the list of affiliated member assocaition to the NRI
Affairs ministry, I found only one Goan association, Goan Overseas
Indian Association, based in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.
Suprised that the Goan Overseas Assocaition, Toronto, and the GOA UK
are missing from the list. Why I wonder these two associations haven't
registered themselves with the ministry.
