[Goanet] Konkani VCD on Ravina - just allegations and false propaganda? If it is, what a shame for those involved in such cheap gimmicks including the press faternity and tiatrists? Don’t know what the poster (goa-world) of the above post trying to implicate by forwarding the letter that appeared on Herald Letter to the Editor (and along with the contents of my blog - see link below). Fyi, it was in Nov. last year, the much delayed investigation report revealed the cause of death due to intra abdominal... see quoted below in the summary. Strangely, it appears that the letter writer to the editor referred to above report as if the report is fresh one (or if there is one, I admit, I am not aware of, also copying to H). Hope the poster clarifies his intentions Brief summary: 29 July 2010 – Young Ravina died (Mysteriously) 31 Aug. 2010 (?) : High level committee appointed to investigate the case 17 Nov. 2011 – (after more than one year) Finding of the above investigation revealed- under pressure / Under RTI etc Medical professionals in the Committee opined that the death was caused by septicaemia due to intra abdominal haemorrhage following appendicectomy and said the patient might have been saved if she was referred to GMC immediately 25 Nov.2011 - 3 docs booked for negligence 26 Nov.2011 - The 3 accused doctor moved for anticipatory bail 23 Dec.2011 – The Court has rejected their bail applications 23 Dec 2011 (on or after) – The 3 doctors should have been arrested but this has not happened yet or if arrested, we did not hear or read about it anywhere yet.
