Release of Directory of Tiatr Artistes
Tiatr Academy of Goa will release the revised edition of ‘Directory of
Tiatr Artistes 2012’ on 19th January 2012 at 4:45 pm at the Conference
Hall of Tiatr Academy Goa, Campal Trade Centre, Campal, Panjim.
The Directory of Tiatr Artistes includes over 600 tiatr artistes of
tiatr stage which also gives brief information of their work on tiatr stage.
Another 3 books of scripts of tiatrs will be released on the occasion.
They are ‘Puro Ami Tras Kaddleat Te’ by Alfredo Fernandes and
‘Visvasghat’ by Soccoro Rebello. Besides a book ‘Jezuchea Pavlamni…’
containing 3 tiatrs namely ~ Tim Sogott Ek Zaum ~ Hanv Taka Vollkhoch Na
and ~ Tuji Khuxi Zaum, written by Fr. Nevel Gracias will also be released.
Dr. Pratap Naik, sj, Joint Director of Academics and Research, Thomas
Stephens Konknni Kendr, Porvorim will be the Chief Guest and will do the
honours of releasing the books. Jose Salvador Fernandes, Secretary of
Dalgado Konknni Akademi will speak on the tiatrs ‘Puro Ami Tras Kaddleat
Te’and ‘Visvasghat’, while Tomazinho Cardozo, will give his opinion on
the tiatrs included in the book ‘Jezuchea Pavlamni…’.
All lovers of tiatr are cordially invited to attend the function.
