Some defend Manohar Parrikar by saying that he only proposed that the (good
Friday etc) holidays be removed.
My question to them is: Why the apology after some 6 years, then ??
Besides, if MP was right that these should go, why apologize at all?
The best thing that he could have done is to say " I am still convinced that
I was right"
Could MP do that???
