After reading #2 (above), I believe it is best that I declare you
winner of this "debate" and bow out gracefully, albeit in bewiderment.

I have to wonder, however, what it is that the Bharat
Universities/Colleges of Law teach these days. If they are teaching
students what you have in #2, I wonder whether they should not be
renamed Barath (or Mehndi) Universities.
