voted ' 49-O But it was a hassle. No one knew how to accommodate these
voters.
EC failed to give clear-cut instructions to the Poll Officers.
Instead, it will be better to fill the waist-basket of the non-entity
candidate who is expected to lose his/her deposit, just to show a lasting
lesson to the looters and dynasty Don Corleones.
