Digu couldn't be bothered to visit the site of the Aldona tragedy.
On the other hand, I remember being in the Assembly some years
back when Digu shifted his ass out of the Assembly at the speed
of light to visit an accident site involving some tourists near Malpem.
This was an excuse. The real reason was to duck a no-confidence
vote. All in collaboration with the devil's sphincter Pratapsing Rane.
